Perform financial analysis and budget management activities
Manage high-volume budgets and large annual spend portfolios
Track and monitor forecasts, rolling estimates, and anchor budgets
Support enterprise procurement and accounting systems
Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reporting
Manage procurement lifecycle including MSAs and SOWs
Perform detailed invoice reconciliation across vendors
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
Maintain audit-ready financial documentation
Analyze financial data to identify risks and optimization opportunities
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership
