Reconciliation of bank accounts
Back up receptionist
Qualification
Required
At least five (5) years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a computerized environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision as well as be a team player
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience in manufacturing environment required
Ability to Commute: Bloomingdale, IL 60108 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred, but not required
