LHH is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Professional for our client in Nashville, TN. This role will support both day-to-day payroll operations and an upcoming system migration, requiring a strong background in payroll documentation and full-cycle payroll processing.

Responsibilities

Process end‑to‑end payroll with accuracy and attention to detail
Support payroll transition activities and system migration tasks
Perform special payroll calculations (retro pay, bonuses, PTO payouts, garnishments, etc.)
Maintain clear and concise payroll documentation and SOPs
Partner with HR, Finance, and system implementation teams
Conduct audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure compliance

UKG ProADP Workforce NowFull-cycle payroll processingPayroll special calculationsSystem implementationAdvanced Excel

Required

Experience with UKG Pro
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Strong background in full-cycle payroll processing
Familiarity with payroll special calculations
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Preferred

System implementation or migration experience preferred
