Responsibilities
Support deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions
Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
Conduct company and industry research and gain an in-depth understanding of sector trends
Prepare client presentation materials in coordination with internal deal team and clients
Develop a deep understanding of Investment Banking products and services by participating in client calls or meetings
Engage in company and credit-oriented research and due diligence processes
Prepare financial and transaction documents including marketing memoranda
Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective clients
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent quantitative, interpretive, and analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership and disciplined work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Significant exposure to finance and accounting
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment with strong interpersonal skills
Superior attention to detail
Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred
