Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant systems
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions
Support system integration, data flows, and configuration efforts
Document system architecture, workflows, and technical processes
Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and enhancements
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients

Required

5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role
Proven experience working with clients in the financial services industry

Familiarity with financial compliance and security standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Preferred

Exposure to custom Salesforce applications and CRM platforms
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, ITIL, SOC 2, NIST, PCI)
Experience with mature IT processes such as ITSM, DevOps, or Agile
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, and system monitoring platforms
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and API integrations
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL) are a plus
