Administrative Debt Collector Contractor
Aureon Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Debt Collector Contractor to support their clients' billing and collections operations. This role involves providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth collections processes and accurate financial documentation in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Pull and distribute invoice and contract copies
Generate and send ad hoc invoices
Submit credit memos, including late fees and multi‑month finance charges
Update customer contact details
Manage Salesforce account reassignments
Process daily post‑dated R12 payments
Provide end‑of‑lease notifications to Account Managers
Conduct monthly administrative scrubs to verify assignment accuracy
Support other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Experience working with multiple systems and tools
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Results‑driven mindset with excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (a plus)
