New Grad, Entry LevelValiant Integrated Services is seeking a Mechanic Helper to join their team. The role involves assisting the Role Play Motor Pool Coordinator with the maintenance and service of vehicles, as well as performing various tasks related to vehicle upkeep and supervision of other employees.
Responsibilities
Assists the Role Play Motor Pool Coordinator in all actions concerning the maintenance, use, service, and accountability of over 150 GFE vehicles monthly
Performs a variety of tasks such as washing, cleaning, and lubricating vehicles
Changes and repairs flat tires, replaces burned out light bulbs, ensures proper fluid levels are maintained
Loads, unloads, and stores automotive parts and supplies
Maintains work areas and motor pool
Supervises other employees with proper preventive maintenance checks and services
Routinely uses military forms and military maps
Frequently uses mobile radio communications
Other duties as required consistent with this occupational specialty
