Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade backend systems in Python using FastAPI and Celery
Build and manage asynchronous task queues and complex workflows with Celery and Redis
Model data and handle persistence using MongoDB
Create and continuously improve AI-driven agent orchestration systems with LangGraph and/or LangChain (including tool usage, state management, memory, and safety guardrails)
Package services in Docker and run them reliably on Kubernetes in both cloud and hybrid/on-prem environments
Develop clean, secure, versioned APIs with proper authentication, multi-tenancy, rate limiting, and full observability
Tune the platform for high-volume event ingestion, processing, and real-time security data at scale
Work hand-in-hand with product managers and security experts to turn Security Operations Center (SOC) needs into robust, long-term backend solutions
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of hands-on backend development experience
Deep expertise in Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI, Celery, Redis, MongoDB)
Practical experience building or extending agent workflows with LangGraph/LangChain is a strong advantage
Comfortable shipping containerized applications to Kubernetes in production
Strong grasp of secure API development, distributed systems debugging, and observability (metrics, tracing, structured logs)
Familiarity with enterprise security tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, Cribl, or ServiceNow
Able to own features from design through deployment and clearly explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
Experienced with Git-based workflows (GitFlow or similar) and Agile delivery
