Technical Implementation Analyst

They are seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their project implementation team, responsible for collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of TouchNet products.

Responsibilities

Gathering, evaluating and organizing client deliverables to prepare information for future configuration
System Installations and upgrades
Communication with clients technical staff to configure integration to their student information system (SIS)
System Configuration and testing
Modifying HTML, CSS, or JSP pages to accommodate customer's requests
Managing time to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
Interface with Customer Care and other relevant departments responsible for client support to achieve client and/or departmental objectives
Maintain/update departmental templates and tools when new releases occur or business practices change

Implementing proprietary softwareConfiguring single sign on (SSO)SISSystem installationsUpgradesCurious by natureSelf-starter attitude

Required

Proven ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
Experience in handling multiple competing priorities at once
Collaboration and communication with a diverse group of roles across the project lifecycle

Preferred

Previous experience implementing proprietary software
Able to configure single sign on (SSO) within a variety of systems
Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay and Anthology
Self starter attitude and curious by nature
