Part-Time Member Services Lead, Recreational Sports

Responsibilities
Respond to phone and in-person questions and concerns regarding membership, policies, or processes
Serve as main communication hub during evacuations, incidents, and accidents
Support Recreational Sports hourly and professional staff with duties as assigned
Assess member eligibility, recommend services, and process payments, applications, and requests
Provide enhanced relational service to all participants
Document inquiries and follow-up as needed
Continually stay informed of Recreational Sports programs, events, policies, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Some college coursework
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of individuals
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to respond to conflict situations with calmness and professionalism
Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Service-oriented and dependable
Willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to be a role model and mentor to fellow employees
Preferred
Retail or customer service experience
