Responsibilities
Proactively generate new residential and commercial business through door knocking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Perform thorough termite and rodent inspections (attics, crawl spaces, exterior, interior)
Identify active infestations and potential future risks
Present findings clearly and confidently to property owners
Create and sell customized pest control solutions that protect property and peace of mind
Provide accurate estimates and close new accounts
Track leads, inspections, and sales activity
Stay current on pest control best practices and Florida regulations
Consistently hit performance goals for inspections, sales, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Confidence with cold calling, door knocking, and face-to-face sales
Strong communication and people skills
Willingness to learn pest control inspections (experience is a plus, not required)
Organized, accountable, and self-motivated
Valid Florida driver's license
Clean criminal background and drug-free
Basic math and comfort using mobile technology
Preferred
6–12 months of sales experience (home services, pest control, inspections, or similar preferred)
