Responsibilities

Design, produce, and distribute print marketing materials including brochures, property exposés, advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and press releases
Create, manage, and maintain digital marketing content such as social media posts, videos, newsletters, SEO initiatives, and paid advertising across platforms including Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Rezora, Adwerx, and others
Design, update, and maintain websites to ensure content remains current and on-brand
Develop and coordinate radio and television spots for broadcast marketing campaigns
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve results
Coordinate and prepare marketing materials for speaking engagements, special events, community outreach initiatives, and trade shows
Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and industry changes to maintain competitive advantage
Attend client presentations and assist in preparing proposals used to pitch new business
Provide additional marketing support to real estate advisors as requested by the Marketing Director
Ensure all marketing materials, content, and communications adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards

Required

Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management (real estate experience a plus)
Strong graphic and written communication skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
