Responsibilities
Roll out the red carpet for new clients, guiding them through every step of the TPS onboarding process with enthusiasm and expertise
Craft and execute personalized onboarding plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals
Lead engaging one-on-one training sessions and provide hands-on support to ensure clients are comfortable and confident with our products and services
Anticipate and address any hiccups or challenges with a can-do attitude, turning potential problems into opportunities for client satisfaction
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and back-end tax preparation to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of client expectations
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Energetic and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple clients in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proactive self-starter
Passion for creating positive client experiences and driving results
Highly organized and adaptable
Preferred
Familiarity with onboarding tools and CRM systems
