Confidential is a digital marketing and PR agency in NYC seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join their growing digital team. This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver impactful results for clients.

Responsibilities

Support strategy and planning efforts by gaining a strong understanding of client goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives
Contribute to digital activation strategies across social media, influencer, and content marketing channels
Assist in defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and inform optimization
Support the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets including social and ad creative, landing pages, and influencer programs
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to support the development of compelling assets aligned with channel strategies and brand guidelines
Assist with influencer identification, vetting, and coordination as part of campaign activations
Help monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities for optimization and improvement
Support ongoing monitoring and analysis of channel performance to help maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
Assist in applying data-driven insights to optimization efforts across targeting, messaging, budgets, and channel mix
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to support innovative and effective digital activations
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth and efficient campaign execution
Collaborate with performance, media, and analytics partners to align channel efforts with overall campaign objectives
Assist in preparing clear and concise internal and client-facing updates on campaign progress and performance
Support client relationships through strong communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Assist in gathering insights and preparing materials for client presentations, performance reports, and strategy discussions
Develop an understanding of client businesses, audiences, and goals to better support digital recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or channel activation, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including social, influencer, and content marketing
Familiarity with campaign measurement and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social reporting platforms
Experience with social reporting and/or influencer marketing tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch, CreatorIQ, or similar)
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style
A proactive mindset with a desire to stay current on digital trends, platforms, and best practices
