Bilingual and Proficient in both English and Spanish language

Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced work environment

Excellent phone and basic computer skills

Excellent time management to prioritize and multitask

Full Cycle of vetting, interviewing, over the phone and in-person

Ability to easily source and knowledge in all sourcing all social media platforms

You must have the ability to build positive and professional work relationships with both candidates and clients
