Responsibilities
Facilitate business and system process analysis within Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing, focusing on data management and quality improvement
Ensure data integrity and validity across product catalogs, developing process re-engineering strategies to eliminate data silos
Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel for deep-dive data analysis to validate future-state proposals and system outputs
Groom and prioritize the product backlog based on shifting business requirements and organizational strategy
Develop detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria within JIRA, ensuring a common understanding between developers and stakeholders
Produce comprehensive analysis documentation, including sequence diagrams, business process diagrams, and use cases
Negotiate needs and expectations among global stakeholders, leading by influence to align efforts with company strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure system functionality meets business needs
Act as the main point of contact for end users and development teams, delivering frequent updates on program progress and results
Qualification
Required
Experience or exposure to Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing
Extensive experience with JIRA, user story development, and backlog grooming
High proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Proven ability in requirement gathering and documenting complex business/system process diagrams
8+ years of Business Analysis experience in a large-scale enterprise environment
