Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of Taco Bell's menu technology, driving a strategic roadmap for growth
Challenge and disrupt legacy processes, introducing innovative solutions for menu platforms
Build alignment and influence stakeholders across Yum, Taco Bell Marketing, Operations, and D&T
Set clear strategic direction and ensure disciplined delivery of priorities and outcomes
Oversee middleware platforms for seamless interoperability and data exchange between systems
Build and lead high-performing hybrid teams, fostering a sense of belonging and coaching talent
Thrive in uncertain environments, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions
Oversee complex technology programs, software releases, and financials for operational excellence
Stay updated with the latest restaurant menu technologies and industry trends
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment

Required

10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or related technology fields
Proven track record as a change agent, driving successful transformations
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, especially during periods of change
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management capabilities
Comfortable navigating matrixed, ambiguous environments, balancing long-term vision with execution
Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in product/project management are advantageous
A passion for Taco Bell's culture and a commitment to our values of inclusivity and boldness
A willingness to embrace and drive change, challenging the status quo to achieve growth

Preferred

Experience with restaurant menu technologies (POS, eCommerce, product master systems) is preferred
