Responsibilities
Provide initial response to the dealers, acknowledging the issue
Provide a solution to the dealers and technicians over the phone, e-mail and through the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) system
Simple to complex issues handling inquiries from the dealers and technicians with high accuracy and efficiency
Document and maintain contact records, solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference
Provide training and guidance to dealer technicians on best practices for software updates and module integration
Stay up to date with new vehicle technologies, software releases and diagnostic tools
Use remote diagnostic tools to analyze and address vehicle system issues and help troubleshoot advance vehicle system faults
Qualification
Required
Skilled mechanics with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
Ability to provide initial response to dealers, acknowledging the issue
Ability to provide solutions to dealers and technicians over the phone, e-mail and through the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) system
Ability to handle simple to complex issues with high accuracy and efficiency
Ability to document and maintain contact records, solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference
