Responsibilities
Manage heavy civil projects end-to-end including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field oversight
Lead or support estimating efforts for bridges, roadwork, utilities, grading, and structural concrete
Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bid packages, takeoffs, and proposals
Coordinate with owners, inspectors, and agencies to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
Oversee project budgets and cost controls including change orders, forecasting, and reporting
Support field teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
Qualification
Required
Experience in heavy civil construction — bridges, roadways, utilities, drainage, or public‑works
Background with DOT, municipal, or county projects
Strong understanding of plans, specs, and civil construction sequencing
Proficiency in estimating software or project management tools (HCSS, Agtek, Bluebeam, P6, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
