Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
Work closely with individual engineering, product and business teams to clearly communicate the deliverables, timelines, and track closely on progress
Help the team to define phases of complex projects, identify dependencies, prioritize book of work so that the deliverables can be achieved with efficiency
Balance time to market with strategic goals - and help the team to focus on the right priorities
Identify project blockers and get the right people together to resolve the blockers
Consistently provide stakeholders transparency on the progress of the project
Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the financial services industry with the ability to bring technical and business stakeholders together to collaborate on projects
At least eight (8) years of experience in project management, change management, organization change or operational excellence within industry
Strong analytical and organization skills. Always think a few steps ahead to plan out the next deliverables to minimize the team's downtime
A proven track record of delivering large-scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders, and managing multiple teams' deliverables
Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
Ability to develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and partners across domains
Bachelor's degree required
