Responsibilities
Prepare and review legal documents related to estate planning and real estate transactions
Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including document preparation and communication with clients
Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and legal records
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their inquiries
Translate legal documents or communications, if proficient in Polish
Ensure all deadlines are met and prioritize tasks to support attorneys
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically in estate planning and real estate
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
Polish language proficiency is preferred but not required
