Responsibilities

Engage Customers Across Channels: Reach out to potential customers by phone, text, and online chat to answer questions, provide expert advice, and help them complete their purchases
Convert Inquiries into Sales: Be the first point of contact for customers seeking tire and automotive services, using your sales skills to turn inquiries into satisfied customers
Personalize Every Interaction: Listen actively to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported
Manage the Customer Journey: Own the process from initial contact to final sale, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with local stores as needed
Collaborate with Store Teams: Work closely with our retail locations to ensure smooth handoffs and share valuable customer insights
Leverage Technology: Use our advanced call center platform and digital tools to manage your workflow and maximize productivity
Achieve Results: Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed program sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and adherence to BSRO's Promise to Care principles across all communication channels
Efficient Tool Utilization: Proficiently utilize the BSRO call center platform and other provided resources to manage your workflow, stay organized, and maximize productivity across phone, chat, and text communications

Required

At least 2 years of experience of Tire and Automotive Service sales in a customer-facing role, ideally with phone-based sales
Strong knowledge of tires and automotive products, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to adapt your style for phone, chat, and text
Proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions at once, stay organized, and prioritize tasks
A proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding sales targets
Comfortable working independently in a remote, team-oriented environment
