Responsibilities

Review and prepare month-end close documentation, including accounting notes and supporting schedules
Perform highly analytical accounting tasks and independently manage deliverables with minimal oversight
Support client audits, including procedural and compliance-related audits
Assist with ad hoc accounting projects, which will represent a significant portion of the role
Adapt to a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and deadlines

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, operating at a senior or manager level without direct supervisory responsibilities
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work independently as a self-starter
Comfortable working in a chaotic environment with an unpredictable schedule

Preferred

CPA designation preferred
Experience with ConnectWise and Intacct strongly preferred
