Responsibilities

Lead portfolio growth by defining and executing the GTM strategy for a set of Healthcare Provider accounts, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, regulatory considerations, and sector-specific business needs
Manage and develop Account GTM Leads, enabling strong execution of AI-driven, patient-centric solutions and consistent account performance
Build and scale AI-powered, industry-specific offerings designed for hospitals and provider networks—improving operational efficiency, clinical workflows, and patient outcomes
Partner with sales and client leadership to strengthen executive relationships with provider CIOs, CMIOs, CNOs, and operational leaders, shaping digital and clinical transformation agendas and driving new business
Design innovative commercial models, including value-based and outcome-aligned constructs tailored to the provider market
Champion adoption of AI platforms and tools, including HCLTech AI Force, to drive efficiency, actionable insights, and improved decision-making across account teams and provider organizations
Track and report portfolio performance, providing insights into pipeline health, revenue trends, risks, and strategic growth opportunities within the Provider sector
Represent HCLTech as an industry thought leader at healthcare conferences, client forums, hospital leadership events, and partner ecosystem engagements

Required

MBA (mandatory) or Master's in Business, Sales, Technology, or related field
10–12 years in account management, sales, or GTM strategy
3–5 years of leadership experience managing multiple accounts or a sub‑industry portfolio
Proven success in designing and executing GTM strategies at scale
Strong expertise in AI-led GTM models, AI-powered offerings, and AI adoption across portfolios
Ability to mentor and develop high-performing GTM teams
Experience with AI tools, automation, and analytics platforms
Deep understanding of the SDLC and how AI enhances delivery, efficiency, and outcomes
Excellent client-facing skills, including experience engaging C-suite executives
Demonstrated ability to build and execute outcome-based pricing models
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
