Sales Operations Coordinator
Ferguson is a Fortune 500 company that provides quality supplies across various industries. They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support processes related to utility rebates, ensuring a seamless customer experience through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
Execute the streamlined process to ensure customers receive their Utility Rebate credit on account in accordance to service level agreements
Work on established Power APP’s for Instant Rebates. This includes working with the field on needed information as well as submissions to program for payment
Assist with payment and credit reconciliation monthly
Work closely with Treasury on payments received from Utilities and other information needed
Communicate with local sales or sales management to ensure understanding of any process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Ability to effectively communicate with our contractors when information is required
Assist with special projects as needed to support the needs of the business
Attend scheduled team meetings – internal as well as external program meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to identify & document process improvements while collaborating closely with the Operations Analyst
Strong attention to detail with data integrity – output, reporting, required data
Self-motivated and a quick learner
Strong communication skills which allow you to communicate effectively with individuals, in a group setting, and in writing
Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) Experience using PowerBI a plus
Strong organizational and critical thinking/decision-making skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work
