Responsibilities
Design and deploy network configurations for Palo Alto firewalls and Azure cloud networking
Develop and integrate CI/CD pipelines to support network automation in collaboration with DevOps and cloud teams
Manage and maintain Palo Alto Panorama and Prisma Cloud environments to ensure operational efficiency
Implement and oversee network monitoring systems, including telemetry streaming, to enhance observability
Lead updates, patches, and configuration changes to network systems while minimizing downtime
Provide technical expertise and leadership for office network infrastructure, including wireless and switching systems
Optimize and manage Meraki network solutions for office environments
Act as an escalation point for critical network incidents, resolving issues promptly
Create and maintain documentation for network processes to improve service delivery and operational standards
Stay informed about emerging technologies and automation tools to enhance network agility and security
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma Cloud, Panorama, and Azure networking
Proven expertise in network automation using tools such as Ansible or Terraform
Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex network environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with monitoring techniques for telemetry streaming and network observability
Preferred
Industry experience in maritime or aerospace sectors is a plus
Relevant certifications, such as AZ-700 or others related to networking and cloud technologies, are highly desirable
