Focus on insurance solutions including financing and advisory assignments for life and P&C insurance companies
Structure capital raises for strategic reinsurance vehicles and sidecars
Structure private credit transactions for Deutsche Bank balance sheet with an insurance focus (includes term loans, repos, total return swap, etc. for insurance focused financing)
Structure capital efficient investments for insurance company balance sheet
Financial modeling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, natural sciences, or actuarial sciences
Proven prior work experience in an investment bank or similar role working with insurance companies on financing, capital formation, or other advisory assignments; Knowledge of sidecar market trends are critical
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, VBA is a plus)
Financial modeling, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong ability to manage multiple projects
