Branch Manager, Progress Avenue
AAA Central Penn is seeking a Branch Manager at their Progress Avenue branch to lead a team focused on exceptional service and driving business results. The Branch Manager will inspire employees, manage daily operations, and ensure a remarkable customer experience.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while modeling AAA Central Penn’s Core Values
Set expectations, communicate effectively, and hold employees accountable to goals
Foster engagement through recognition, support, and mentorship
Ensure outstanding customer service and remove barriers to a positive experience
Drive branch profitability through innovative sales strategies and consistent goal tracking
Manage staffing, inventory, cash balancing, reporting, and facility maintenance
Maintain required clearance for title/PennDOT work as well as Federal and State fingerprinting
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or 7–10 years of related experience
Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage branch operations
Strong customer service, communication, and decision‑making abilities
Organized, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and supportive of company initiatives
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications, and Campana
Ability to interpret business information and apply basic math concepts
Travel, Notary, PennDOT, or Messwin experience is a plus
