Manage 10 or more concurrent projects effectively
Build and maintain detailed project plans and status reporting
Apply standardized PMO governance, change control, and documentation standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality targets
Escalate risks proactively and drive issue resolution
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years as a project manager, preferably in Information Technology environments
Strong command of Waterfall; working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, hybrid approaches, and PM best practices
Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent projects with varying scope, complexity, and stakeholders
Active or obtainable security clearance; familiarity with working in secured or regulated environments
Expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management; builds and maintains detailed project plans and status reporting
Proficient with ServiceNow or equivalent; Microsoft tools
Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors
Applies standardized PMO governance, change control, and documentation standards; experience with audits and regulatory requirements
Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality targets; escalates risks proactively and drives issue resolution
Must be US citizen and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years and IA certifications at or above the level of a Security+
Preferred
PMP certification
Additional IT or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
Familiarity with working in secured or regulated environments
