They are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer to focus on the design of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems across a wide range of project types.

Responsibilities

Design HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for commercial, industrial, residential, and educational projects
Work on both new construction and renovation projects
Perform heat gain/loss calculations for residential and commercial applications using industry-standard software (e.g., TRACE)
Design, size, and lay out piping and ductwork systems
Prepare and review construction documents and drawings
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other members of the design team
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC mechanical design
Proven experience designing HVAC and/or Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required)
Strong understanding of mechanical codes and engineering principles
Excellent communication and coordination skills
