Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Epic reports and dashboards
Build custom metrics aligned with business and operational needs
Create core and ad-hoc reports to support stakeholders
Develop interactive dashboards for executive and operational use
Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency
Provide knowledge transfer and training on newly developed dashboards
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to gather reporting requirements
Document reporting logic, definitions, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Epic Report Writer
Strong expertise in dashboard creation and custom metric development
Hands-on experience with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar – as applicable)
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable reports
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior healthcare or clinical reporting experience
Experience training end users or stakeholders on reporting tools
Exposure to short-term, fast-paced delivery engagements
