Recruiting Business Partner
MRA - The Management Association is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to deliver exceptional recruitment services to member organizations. The role involves designing effective recruitment strategies and building strong relationships while managing multiple recruiting projects.

Responsibilities
Review resumes and candidate profiles to determine alignment with member hiring needs
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess work history, skills, education, salary requirements, and overall fit
Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools
Translate job descriptions into compelling job postings and develop behavioral-based screening and interview tools
Research market compensation data and provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers
Partner with member companies to define recruitment scope, job specifications, qualifications, skills, and company culture
Serve as a thought leader on MRA’s Employment Life Cycle model to build brand awareness and identify proactive recruiting opportunities
Create and maintain weekly recruiting metrics, status reports, and written communications using dashboards or tracking systems
Meet established billable percentage goals for the role
Evaluate recruiting sources and job boards, monitoring cost effectiveness and implementing strategies to reduce recruiting costs for MRA and its members
Build and maintain networks for active and passive recruiting, including social media, professional groups, colleges, universities, and community organizations
Stay current on best practices in recruiting, employment law, EEOC, and affirmative action compliance
Participate in professional development opportunities, including roundtables, subject-matter expertise, and cross-functional MRA initiatives
Become a go-to resource on at least one recruiting tool or subject area and support training of colleagues
Provide flexibility and support to the recruiting team and other MRA departments as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related HR or recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing techniques
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and HRIS platforms
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, Boolean search techniques, and multiple recruiting websites
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to interview or meet with candidates and members outside of standard business hours when needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
Collaborative team player with a member-first mindset
Results-driven and goal-oriented
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Preferred
Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
HR or recruiting-related certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CSSR, PHR/SPHR
