InternBankNewport is seeking a Retail Operations Intern to assist the department with various duties and tasks. The intern will support project work, including digitization efforts and testing documentation, and will create a final presentation showcasing the skills acquired during the internship.

Responsibilities
Project Support is the primary role within the internship
Support the Digitization of Branch Retention through scanning Medallion and Long-Term Retention
Assist in testing and documentation of two nCino enhancements
WK document upgrade
API Transition Testing – new lanes of communication between Insight and nCino, 90 hours of testing have been assigned
Assist in testing and documentation of new Operations Scorecard
Performs a variety of monitoring activities
Support other retail staff as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent
Must be current undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university
