Responsibilities
Partner directly with customers to design, configure, and optimize Workday business processes
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to align system functionality with customer goals
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to empower customer teams
Lead or support hands-on configuration within the Workday application
Continuously enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable value
Qualification
Required
Workday HCM: 2+ years of deployment or post-production support in Core HCM and any combination of Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Integrations, Reporting, Extend, or Adaptive Planning
Workday Financials: 2+ years of deployment or post-production support in Core Financials and modules such as Supply Chain, Assets, Grants Management, Inventory, Cash Management, Billing & Invoicing, AR/AP, Revenue Management, Reporting & Analytics, Projects, Expenses, Procurement, Accounting Center, Prism, or Adaptive Planning
Proven experience leading or supporting complex configurations for customers of varying sizes and industries
Strength in requirements gathering, design, testing, and customer collaboration
A consultative mindset — not an 'order taker,' but a problem solver
Strong commitment to knowledge transfer and customer enablement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
