Responsibilities
Work with large datasets (millions of rows) to analyze data models and understand complex data structures across SFMC, Salesforce Data Cloud, MCI, and SFTP environments
Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, automations, and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Extract, transform, and analyze data from SFMC and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI) to provide actionable insights and advanced reporting
Develop and maintain Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and data transformations in Salesforce Data Cloud for unified engagement and profile management
Respond quickly to new business requirements and manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data for marketing campaigns, reporting, and strategic decision-making
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between SFMC, Salesforce Data Cloud, MCI, and Veeva CRM platforms, maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and governance standards
Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, CRM workflows, and regulatory requirements to support field engagement and marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI)
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Hands-on experience with data modeling, data transformations, and automation within CRM and marketing platforms
Familiarity with SFTP data exchanges and integrations
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing workflows and CRM processes is highly desirable
Excellent communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with teams
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be SFMC certified
Preferred
Experience with Veeva CRM integration and pharma marketing data use cases
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare marketing
