Acts as a technical SME for endpoint management and modern workplace solutions

Leads and supports SCCM and Intune environments, including migration initiatives

Works across Active Directory and Entra ID in hybrid environments, contributes to automation and process improvement, and provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members

Required

Strong expertise in SCCM administration

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune

Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience migrating workloads from SCCM to Intune

PowerShell scripting and automation experience

Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, or work tracking)

Experience mentoring or training junior technicians

Exposure to modern endpoint security and compliance policies
