Responsibilities
Participate in or lead daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare outbound shipments by retrieving and palletizing goods
Fulfill parts for work orders and expedite items to address shortages
Maintain inventory and associated records for raw materials, intermediates, disposables, and spare parts
Communicate part shortages or issues to the Warehouse & Logistics team
Enter the cleanroom when necessary to issue or count parts
Operate a pallet jack and maintain an orderly, clean warehouse
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment or within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
Must be available to work day shifts and adapt to varying schedules as needed
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
Energetic, positive, and customer service-oriented
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving and team-working skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all functions
Preferred
Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role within a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software, specifically QAD
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
Strong understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment
Live within 30 miles of our HQ to ensure timely arrival and flexibility for shift coverage
