Responsibilities
Request and review credit, criminal, regulatory, and license background reports based on contracting applications
Analyze applications to identify adverse information and follow up with producers as needed
Create and maintain producer records in our internal database and assign writing codes
Organize and store all documentation, including applications, reports, and communications
Respond to inquiries via our departmental call center and email inboxes
Understand and support appointing and termination processes for individuals and business entities
Use internal job aids, vendor tools, and state websites to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
High School Diploma or equivalent or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Preferred
College Degree
Experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or licensing/compliance
Familiarity with state licensing regulations, renewals, terminations, and compliance database management
