Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Perform bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks
Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. tax laws and international tax regulations
Work closely with clients to analyze financial records and ensure compliance
Support business clients with payroll, sales tax filings, and general accounting
Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients in both Spanish and English
Collaborate with a fun, dynamic, and professional team in a hybrid work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping
Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Highly Fluent
Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws, GAAP, and financial principles
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
Preferred
CPA license preferred
Experience in a CPA firm or tax accounting firm is a plus
