TruLine Realty is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to keep their office organized and support daily operations. The role involves client follow-up, light marketing updates, basic data entry, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities
Manage follow-up communication with prospective clients
Assist with tracking and communication for prospective team members
Handle closing-related tasks for past clients, including updating records, scheduling reminders, sending reviews, and coordinating small follow-up items
Answer and return calls during office hours and after hours
Help keep our online presence updated across social media and Google platforms
Maintain simple weekly or monthly office updates, such as hot sheets and roster checks
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining organized records
Qualification
Required
College degree required
Real estate license required
Available to work on weekends
Spanish required
