Responsibilities
Develops and improves QMS processes and activities
Partners with operations to drive continuous improvement through an effective Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Program
Evaluates change requests to determine QMS impact and ensure implementation plans meet product conformity and regulatory requirements
Active involvement in internal & external audits/ inspections
Drives continuous improvement through annual quality planning, special projects, groups and employee training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
5+ years' relevant quality systems experience with supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in Quality, CAPA, Nonconformance's, Documentation Control, Change Control process and GMP desired
Experience working in a regulated environment
Understanding of 21 CFR 820 and ISO standards as they apply to products is needed
Experience with risk management regulations and application
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
