Responsibilities
Meet with teams across the org and document current-state onboarding processes
Create standardized workflows, NPI documents, templates, and quality documents (~3-5/month)
Define repeatable onboarding steps across a broad product catalog
Partner closely with Program Manager and Product/Architect teams
Produce product design documents, concepts, business use cases, workflows, and RACI charts
Identify workflow gaps and redundancies
Recommend improvements to streamline onboarding
Support product managers in refining and launching new network products
Identify which onboarding tasks could be automated
Clarify existing automation and opportunities for future automation
Document automation requirements before Itential deployment
Collaborate with internal automation engineers as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in process documentation and workflow design
Ability to standardize highly variable onboarding environments
Experience identifying automation opportunities
Familiarity with orchestration concepts (Itential, Ansible, etc.)
Experience working across Product, Operations, and Engineering
Ability to create product design documents and business cases
Preferred
MSP or network services background
Telecom exposure
Product management experience or engineering background
Experience documenting or improving customer onboarding
Understanding of orchestration ecosystems
