Responsibilities
Networking socials, case studies and presentations, team-building projects
Participate in an Executive Speaker Series with CEO and Senior Leaders
Engage in community service and volunteer initiatives
Work closely with the ABL team on Origination and Underwriting
Contribute to the structuring, execution, and syndication of loans
Develop models, internal screening materials, and external pitch materials
Analyze clients’ credit and collateral performance
Understand the working capital assets securing ABL loans
Qualification
Required
Scheduled graduation of final degree by December 2027 or May/June 2028
Overall GPA of 3.0
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Business, Economics or STEM major
Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
