Technical Recruiter (Entry-Level)
WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline maintenance for mission-critical hiring needs. Responsibilities
Conduct sourcing and outreach to candidates across technical and non‑technical roles
Support screening conversations and maintain ongoing candidate engagement
Keep ATS records accurate and updated in iCIMS and Workday
Maintain warm candidate pipelines for both forecasted and active roles
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination during active hiring cycles
Document candidate notes, availability, and alignment to labor categories
Ensure smooth candidate communication and a positive candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
0–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or customer‑facing experience
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens
Preferred
Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS, Workday) preferred
