Responsibilities
Respond and provide Instrumentation and Controls support during outages
Support the daily operations of the business unit through the installation, programming, start-up and maintenance of automation and process control equipment
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Information Technology Groups
Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Two-year technical degree in instrumentation from technical institute or 5-year relevant work experience
Must possess strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written and oral) skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn
Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively, take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations and field personnel
Directly interface with clients and company management to report project status, risks and resolutions
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose various instrumentation and control problems
Candidate should be familiar with Offshore Oil & Gas Processing Facilities
Strong understanding of instrumentation required
Strong understanding of Control System Design and Project Execution
