Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for IT hardware, software, and services
Drive cost savings, reduce redundancy, and manage tail spend control
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance against KPIs
Conduct supplier business reviews and promote continuous improvement
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of buyers
Support global coordination with international purchasing teams
Prepare and deliver executive-level summaries and insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or related field
0–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Commodity Management, or Program Management (automotive industry preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
Proven analytical skills and comfort working with detailed information
Foundational knowledge of IT categories: hardware, software, and services
Experience executing strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Leadership
Preferred
Recent graduates with 2–3 years of IT experience who are eager to learn procurement are encouraged to apply
