Senior LevelRadiant Systems Inc is seeking a high-level SAP Technical Architect to join a large-scale S/4HANA implementation. The role involves providing expert guidance on SAP architecture, leading strategy for cloud transition, and engaging with stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA architecture, specifically transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-based environments
Support the planning and estimation of Phase 1 (scheduled to begin April/May), providing clear definitions of technical requirements and cost structures
Lead the strategy for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) implementation, identifying potential challenges and integration opportunities
Participate in planning workshops with business and technical stakeholders to discuss technical possibilities and project scope
Advise on "watch points" and architectural nuances under both RISE with SAP and non-RISE configurations
Qualification
Required
SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Proven experience architecting and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions
BTP Implementation: Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and how it fits into a modern SAP landscape
Advisory Experience: Ability to provide high-level technical leadership and strategic advice without requiring hands-on system configuration
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership
Preferred
Industry Experience: Previous experience within the Utilities sector is highly preferred
Cloud Architecture: Specific experience with RISE with SAP vs. on-premise/private cloud trade-offs
Geography: While the role is remote, candidates local to Milwaukee or those with the flexibility to attend in-person workshops 2–3 times per month are preferred
