Responsibilities
Create and maintain documentation and tracking systems to support supplier management programs
Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across quality and supplier records
Communicate with suppliers regarding quality documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements
Investigate and escalate unusual product performance issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Participate in product improvement initiatives, risk assessments, and regulatory review activities
Interface with Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Purchasing to resolve supplier issues
Maintain global approved supplier listings and communicate discrepancies to manufacturing and management teams
Conduct label information reviews to ensure accurate ingredient and allergen documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and project tracking materials to support departmental initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a technical-related field
Experience supporting quality assurance, supplier management, or project coordination activities
Knowledge of regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices for nutritional or regulated products
Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Visio, and Access
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with infant formula or nutritional product regulatory requirements
Background in supplier performance management or quality documentation systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a regulated environment
