The selected candidate will work on leading-edge technologies to build custom analog designs and will collaborate closely with circuit designers and other layout designers to ensure high-quality layout delivery.

Responsibilities
Deliver layout independently starting with initial floor planning and ending with fully verified, post-extracted layout (DRC, ERC, and LVS)
Conduct reviews for floor planning and final layout delivery
Manage work progress to deliver per schedule
Ensure quality and integrity of layout to meet design specifications
Focus on teamwork to achieve team goals
Qualification
Required
BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
Full understanding of analog layout fundamentals, electromigration, IR drop, parasitics, LDEs, and ESD
Solid knowledge and understanding of Unix and CAD environments
High proficiency in interpreting and debugging Calibre results
Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred
Experience mentoring junior layout engineers
Experience in driving/achieving consensus with external teams
Expertise covering both planar and FinFET nodes
SKILL scripting capability to improve efficiency
Strong technical and/or project leadership
