Responsibilities
Provision, modify, and decommission Epic user access, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Manage and triage a high-volume Epic Security ticket queue in ServiceNow
Perform Epic import/export activities to support access operations
Troubleshoot access issues end-to-end, documenting decisions for audit readiness
Prioritize requests based on urgency, impact, and patient-care considerations
Handle hundreds of tickets per week for access creation, changes, troubleshooting, and terminations
Escalate complex or high-risk issues appropriately
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Support SailPoint–Epic integrations and Epic security blueprints
Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and risk management protocols
Qualification
Required
